"The staff at the Golden Sands are great. Very helpful and friendly. The mattress of our hide-a-bed wasn't good and they sorted it out for us. The location right across from the lake is amazing. And although I don't have dogs, I love how they're allowed to stay too. I'll be back for another stay."

"Our room was a unit 228 (double Queen) on the 2nd level with a small balcony looking over the pool area. We had a tree blocking our view, but some might like the privacy. I found the room to be really sound proof for a motel. The updated room was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well. Staff was friendly. You could have your room made up daily. The fridge, coffee maker and bar sink were nice to have. (A microwave would have been a lovely addition!) We ate dinner next door which was good and...

"This is a wonderful, clean and very well run hotel. I have stayed here before and the service and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant Has great food and it is particularly nice and comfortable to enjoy even as a woman travelling alone. The coffee bar in the lobby is great (free every morning) and the gym has a good selection of workout equipment. The rooms are well appointed and also clean. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!"

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely compound and cannot recommend it enough.The outdoor pool area is fantastic—large, crystal clean, fully fenced for safety, and surrounded by a beautiful patio that is perfect for relaxing.
