"The staff went above and beyond. It was my girlfriends 30th birthday and while I was in the UK they helped to get things organised and things didn’t change once we got here. The best treatment, I could see the staff did this across the board for everyone at the hotel. They really couldn’t have helped more if they tried, from the manager, to the reception staff, bar staff and everybody else. "Das Hotel ist einmalig, Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber, die Speisen hervorragend, das Personal freundlich. Alles in allem ein absolutes Highlight. Leider ist die Lage nicht wirklich toll. Es liegt an der Mündung des Bentotaflusses, welcher Berge von Müll heranspült. Baden im Meer nicht wirklich schön, auch wegen den gefährlichen Strömungen. Man badet also ausschließlich im Pool. Das ist sehr traurig!"
