"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ate 3 meals in restaurant. First two were excellent. Third meal, my chicken piccata was inedibly tough. I sent it back & ordered a burger which was ok. The waitress indicated that this wasn’t the first complaint about the chicken. The disheartening part was no offer of a comp or even a discount. The manager said “two out of three is good, right?”!!! Seriously???"

"Staff was great. Room service came by every day. Location was walking distance from down town. Breakfast was light but good."

"Clean room, friendly staff, bring your own toiletries"

"I've stayed in Hampton Inns in many different locations and always been happy. This by far was among the worst. The check-in was miserable. The lady at the front counter was drunk or high - completely confused and took 20 minutes to check in. The air conditioner / heater in the room was very noisy and kept waking me up all through the night. We go to Glenwood quite often but in the future we'll go back to one of the other hotels that we've stayed at and enjoyed in the past."

"Hotel was clean and the beds were really comfortable and they have nice pillows."

I used a towel to brush them away but kept thinking that when I open the door they’ll go inside. I had a can of Lysol so I sprayed inside and out. The...

"Clean room, hot tub"

"Breakfast is good, especially for the price."

"Loved this place would definitely stay here again. The owner is a great guy and very helpful. Highly recommend you book a room"

"I requestwd an ADA room. I got an old refurbbed room. The toilet was a small potty mushroom of low height. It was impossible to get from the rest of the room to the bathroom in my ADA compliant 48" X 24" wheelchair without having to rise out and do a i legged hop to the Bath. The little drugstore plastic shower chair was real scary. No weight or use instructions were on the chair. The continental breakfast was a joke. Still-nice people, but We won't book again. Way overpriced for what You get"

"Downstairs lobby area great! Rooms are a bit run down need some TLC"
