"The property was clean . In the basement, so no issues of stairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The kitchen was well equipped ( no dishwasher though). The bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The area was pretty central too, easy access to the station through the tram and the metro was pretty close too. Good stay! "

"For the price, this hotel was perfectly suitable. We barely made it 10 minutes before the reception closed (midnight). We felt relatively safe on our walk from the terminal and were treated kindly upon arrival. Room was dated but clean. There was a fan in the room and we didn’t hear any noises over it while trying to sleep, from the street or other guests. "

"I had reserved 4 nights during the Winter Olympics and the location of this apartment is ideal. The neighbourhood is safe and with a supermarket nearby. The metro station is just right downstairs and it only takes 10-15 minutes to arrive at the Central train station and Duomo by metro. If the heating function of the split type air-conditioner can be stronger, it would be ideal. And the elevator did not function throughout my stay, wonder if it normally operates."
