They allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier than expected and welcomed us with a fresh beverage, added an extra bed for us, and checked us into our room. "The hotels full of cockroaches at the dining area there were cockroaches on the table in my bedroom, cockroaches on the table in the bed. My partner had a cockroach on her head."

"We enjoyed our stay. It may be worth booking a balcony room facing the street. The back view is not attractive and there are lots of early morning roosters. The room had a smart tv. We enjoyed the pool and the incredible views from the pool! This was our favourite part of the hotel. Breakfast was very simple with very limited options. They did make eggs fresh though. Prices at the pool are high compared to similar resorts in the area. Staff were very helpful."

"Pros: Staff is very friendly and attentive, clean room, and close to many restaurants, bars, and ferry. Complementary massage was great. Cons: No daily room service/cleaning, I am not sure if I was supposed to ask for that, but didn’t bother me either. "
