"Hotel was very accommodating for us and our needs, we requested a microwave and extra towels and they were happy to do so. Breakfast was lovely as was Hop Garden for dinner. Our son loved the view of the city and will happily come back again"

"Second time staying and still very impressed by the convenient location, cleanliness and lovely staff. Only suggestion would be to possibly have extra blankets and shower amenities like shower caps and hygiene kit please. We had neighbours whom had their TV on full volume till 11:30pm which is annoying when trying to sleep, maybe when not so busy to space out guests. "

"We needed an economical placed in CBD close to Southern Cross and this was well placed. We knew it wasn’t going to be great. It was clean. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and it was noisy with late night guests coming in a party mood and making lots of noise. but we only stayed 2 nights. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. Felt a bit like a jail cell in a jail block but it was ok for a very short stay. "

"Excellent location for one night, fabulous restaurant inside the building “salted egg” and rooftop bar was also great. I like that we were not in Melbourne for long and were able to have a convenient stay here where we didn’t have to leave the building after dark after a long day exploring. Can’t speak highly enough of the restaurant, absolutely fantastic food and service.
The only thing that bothered us was the temperature control in the room not being individualised and seemed centrally...
