"Excellent stay in this hotel. Staff were amazing. Teresa Lauro was always so welcoming. The breakfast has so many various food options, including Gluten Free. Hotel is walking distance to all restaurants and the huge amount of gift shops. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The other reviews are true. This place is old, antiquated and in disrepair. It is desperately in need of a complete remodel. For example, an actual key is used to lock and unlock the door to your room. Ugly stained carpet, old broken fixtures, mold stained grout, small TV, wifi that barely works, ..."
