"Das Hotel und das Personal war top in allen Hinsichten, da haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Nur die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt wenige Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Wenn man allerdings 20-30 Minuten am Strand entlangläuft gibt es mehr zu sehen und die Strände sind auch um einiges schöner.

"Even before our family of 4 arrived every interaction with the staff was professional and helpful. They coordinated a late night pick up from the airport to get us to the resort. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff that presented us with hand cleaning towels which were much appreciated and a beverage of our choice while we finished check-in before taking us to our beautiful suite. "I have just stayed at the senseana resort for 5 days.
Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home!
The one only thing I think that let’s this hotel down is the food served, it was quite a limited choice for main meals and snacks, although the food served was very nice. Apart from this 5* all day long.
I will be returning in the future

We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. "Everything about this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient; staff were very welcoming. Our family suite was wonderful.
