On the first morning, the housekeeping brought us fresh cut fruit and cake🙏 There was also a washingmachine and an iron, that we didn’t know about - so nice👍 The only thing missing is an enhancing mirror in the bathroom. "The staff is outstanding. Everybody is nice and you feel a wish to « go the extra mile ». You want something they don’t have, the find a way. Absolutely no waiting time with the buggies as the staff are so numerous. We had such a lovely time. The resort is indeed kid friendly however the « adult zones » create a bit of a weird feeling and there are not a lot of animation like some resort. You don’t go there for the animation, you go there for the extreme serenity provided by the beauty of the place. Tips: ask for a buggy tour around the hotel. You should see everything, views are outstanding!"
