"Our bad luck had us arriving at the time that tge staff were accommodating the passengers from a cancelled flight, so we had a very long wait to get to our room. Could the staff have called “Guests not from flightXXX, please line up on the left.” and checked in people with reservations? Maybe, but that might have generated bad feelings among the ad hoc guests. "

"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."

"Great location! We walked to the Jardim Morro, across the bridge and to Porto, but the team runs right by as well. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We did end up parking in the underground garage on our second night. I would recommend if you want to park there to contact the hotel first so they can tell you how to enter. "

"Wonderful hotel! Everything was positive. The location worked for us — away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but near enough to get there within minutes via Uber which is inexpensive in Portugal. The room, daily breakfast, service, ambiance — all lovely! Shout out to Anna and Leonel at the front desk who were very helpful with our needs. Thanks, Anna, for helping me track my Parfois package and going out of your way to call their customer service. We will definitely be back at this...

"There is no shuttle to and from this hotel. This is a major disadvantage to using them. We spent 20 Euros going back and forth with all our luggage rather than take the Metro two stations. Would never stay there again for the fact they are lacking such a basic service. "

"Very good location for shopping areas and nearby sights. Room was a good size & basic. We had to checkout prior to breakfast and a boxed breakfast was provided. There was a self storage room for luggage but it is difficult to get to up a couple of steps. There wasn’t anyone to help with luggage at reception that we could see. Staff seemed distracted but provided needed info. "

"Alles sehr gut Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. In der Bar leckere Kleinigkeiten zu Essen. Das Restaurant gut. Der Flughafen Transfer sehr gut geklappt. Mitarbeiter freundlich das Gepäck konnte bis zur Zimmer Freigabe untergebracht werden. Jederzeit würde ich gerne wieder dort buchen."

"This a no frills hotel. The room and hotel were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet too. I couldn’t hear people walking by or chatting. The location was prefect for me as it was close to many sites. You won’t have water in the room but they have filtered water stations and a vending machine. I felt safe. There was always someone outside by the door. "

"Very convenient hotel, easy walk to terminal. Rooms small, especially for 3. Breakfast is ok, dinner seemed very overpriced. Nice to have bar in hotel. Uber into Porto very easy 10-15 euros."
