"It was such an amazing experiences. The staff was super nice and the area is so so peaceful. Island is so kind. Everything was bliss. Not much of an ocean view at our spot because the tree covered part of it but still you could see a lot of the ocean and you can easily walk around and see more of it thanks to the park and viewpoints. Love it! Will come back one day."

The staff is attentive and excellent. We booked the Panoramic Room, with the jacuzzi spa tub surrounded by glass. It was the best bath experience we had in our global travels. Highly recommend."

"Everything was great and the hotel was easy to find. The underground connection to the Hakata station was helpful although hard to find from the station itself. The hotel was clean and beautiful and staff just wonderful. Loved our time here!"
