"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5...

"Excellent reservation staff. Room was perfect. Wish the Japanese breakfast was all morning. Arrived at 8:30 am and it was already sold out. Would stay here again because location of hotel is also very convenient. "
