Sometimes tourists expect perfect English or act out of place, but we should remember we’re guests in another culture — just as we’d expect respect from visitors to our own countries."

"Nice clean and updated rooms but only two elevators with a wait almost every time. Only two self service washers, and nothing in place for staff to remove clothes sitting in them well beyond the finished time limit."
