"It is a pretty huge place but the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The doormen are particularly cheerful and the lifeguards very chatty and warm. My room was pretty big, with a great shower and free standing bath and a nice view of both the sea and Marble Mountain. The grounds are gorgeous, with beautifully kept plants, and little bridges over water filled with the eponymous koi carp. Sadly for me, it was not possible to swim in the sea the entire time I was there. The hotel is right on the gorgeous beach but the sea was too rough to swim. Thankfully there is a large infinity pool overlooking the beach, where at 6am I was able to swim my lengths, usually the only person in the pool. What is also great is that there is a slightly smaller indoor pool that was always quiet, with a couple of jacuzzis in it. My flight was late evening so I wanted a late checkout, which was given to me at an incredibly generous rate, since had been there for 2 weeks. The only tiny negative is that my stay was advertised as having 'Inclusive Spa access', which I found misleading as I was only actually entitled to a one 15 minute massage for the duration of a 2 week stay, or a 10 minute steam or sauna. "

"Perfect place for low budget travelers to stay half way between Hồi An and Đà Nẵng! Family run hotel by a hardworking couple, very kind and friendly! I ended up renting a motorcycle from them, and used their laundry service both for a reasonable price. "

"Fabulous resort"

"Staff were great, but the hotel is run down and in need of renovations everywhere. Location is isolated with nothing to see outside the gates. A taxi is required to get to anywhere. Overall I would not recommend, go to one of the bigger hotels near the town center. "

"We enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Suites very much thanks to Lisa and Tony! They were really helpful from the reservation to room service arrangement, bedding supply and even the airport transfer. My villa was spacious and clean enough and we were happy to swim both in the main and private pool. The only con was the location. It was a little bit far from the central Da Nang, so we had to take a taxi for day trips almost everyday. But 20-minute-long rides actually gave us the chance to experience the dynamics of local life! "
