"I cannot rave enough about the Westerly. The staff went above and beyond for every ask. On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late because HE was late reporting to his JOB. We had a tour to get to by 9am, we were told the rental desk opens at 8:30, we waited till 8:45 and he still was not there. We had to take a taxi to our tour because he wasn’t there to renew our rental and we had a half hour drive ahead of us. He got irritated with us and insisted he was going to charge us for an extra day because we returned the car 3 hours late. Um hello, sir…you were late to work! We were unable to return the car earlier than on time to you. But anyways, that was the only negative experience. Everything else was amazing. I’m already looking at dates and prices to book our next trip here!"

"Our second visit. Perfect location. Beach, staff, clean, service all excellent. Special shout out to Sayschell at the lobby bar and Natasha at the beach towel hut. We did not eat much at the Hyatt as the food is generally overpriced compared to other options in the area. Highly recommend. "

"My family and I, along with some friends visited Aruba for a 2nd time and loved it. For our stay at Divi Phoenix, the resort is beautiful overall. However, I was disappointed with the constant beeping in my room my entire stay. Made it hard to sleep. No clue what it was but I reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the beds are very, very firm. The sofa bed, you can feel the springs but for kids, its okay for a quick stay. The location is great, the staff is friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. Pools were nice and clean."

"We absolutely love this place. It will be our go to every time we come. Food was great beach was awesome! People are amazing! Highly recommended if you just want to chill and relax. $12 cab ride to the high rise area if you want to party!"
