"Lovely hotel, everything good quality. Staff were helpful and our room was ready even though we arrived a little early we were checked in straight away. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and all delicious and fresh. Location was also fab - easy walking distance to everywhere in the city. We used the underground car park, it was functional but very tight and tricky to get the car in and out. Not sure if any other parking in Bruges would be any easier though, suspect most of the underground car parks are similar."

"The pictures don’t do it justice! What a stunning property. My mother and I had such a special trip together here! Truly felt like we were staying in a palace. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and quiet even facing the street, the spa facilities were amazing after walking around all day, and the location was perfect! Right in the middle of the action, just footsteps away from all the shops and attractions. The only thing that would have made this stay even better would be slight improvement in the reception and cleaning services. For Reception, you had a hit a bell for someone to come out and there was no one to help us bring our bags to our rooms. My mother has a bad hip and it would’ve been nice if someone was there to help her. When we came back to our room after the first day, the towels hadn’t been refreshed that had been on the floor and water bottles weren’t refilled. Just a few simple touches that could have made the stay even more wonderful, but in no way took away from the beauty of this hotel."

"The hotel was beautiful and very well placed to explore Bruges The staff were helpful The room was small but clean Unfortunately there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was very disappointing. There was a machine in the foyer that you had to pay for which I thought was cheeky. Furthermore it stopped working! Also our tv had no internet so no Netflix 🙁"

"Wide variety for breakfast. Even making your own fresh waffles. Car park underground practically underneath. Is a public car park but has plenty of room and plenty of electric charging points. Hotel central to Brugge but very quiet. Carrefor minishop opposite. "
