"Das Personal war soooo nett und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer hatte alles was ich brauchte: ein kuscheliges Bett, ein sauberes Bad, einen Kühlschrank zum Aufbewahren von Essen und einen Wasserkocher (den ich allerdings gar nicht, wie gedacht, benutzen musste). Es gibt jederzeit Kaffee und Tee vor free im Hotel unten. Das finde ich einen tollen Service!!!"

"We asked for extra pillows 3 times and extra blankets 2times. They never arrived.
We paid for a King bed and got two separate beds. Staff tried to compensate, but we settled in for the night and did not change rooms. We were too tired!"
