"We love our stay here at Hyatt Amsterdam. Great staff, clean facilities, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast starting at 6am. The airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes so very convenient. We used Schipol airport as jumping point for all our tours. We decided to extend our stay to explore more of Amsterdam and neighboring cities. This hotel was a pleasant home base. ☺️"

"We were leaving Amsterdam from the Cruiseship terminal so wanted to be in close proximity. It was very convenient to the terminal as well as the tram to get us to Central Station. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with everything you would want for breakfast. Would highly recommend this property."

"It is a great location if you are embarking or disembarking on a cruise. However, it is a bit of a walk into the city (approximately 10-15 minutes). The reception area was very helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready. The concierge was very helpful as well. When checking in, the receptionist said breakfast was included with our package and the restaurant opened at 7:00 AM. I told her we had to leave at 5:30 AM to catch our flight and she offered to have a box breakfast ready...
