Very lovely location, the grounds are extensive and must take a lot of time to maintain, so the dry summer meant it looked a little below par. "Had already paid for the hotel via Expedia. No staff present when I checked in, and automatic check in machine made us pay again. No staff present on checkout either, and hotel does not respond to messages about refund. Hotel dated and rooms tired. Cannot enter parking until you have gone into hotel and checked in."
