"Staff were wonderful. The facility is sparking clean and what I would call “Balkan glitz”. The parking was easy, the room was medium size (perfect) and totally comfortable, beds weee good. The restaurant is the 2nd star of the show (staff first): amazing dinner and great service. The breakfast was unreal, we are still talking about it a week later. Great option for people driving, seemed far from “town”. "

"The receptionist at check in very courteous and efficient. Near most everything. The only problem I had is : NO NAMES ON THE STREET CORNER TO IDENTIFY IT. How is one to know that is Regele Ferdinand Blvd when the english guide pronounces it waaaaay differently and there is no sign to mark it!?"

"The hotel the moment I went was partially under renovation. My room was in the section that was already renovated. Very good renovation and very clean. It was a little bit of noise because of the renovation but I guess this will not be a problem when the renovation finish."
