"Fabulous property. Location is fantastic in quiet Ribeira Grande. Easy to get to all parts of Sao Miguel. My only advice is that if you come for the outdoor pool, it is very cold, and days with sun are elusive."

"The staff is very helpful and attentive. Location was perfect close to walking trails, location is great but need a car of you plan on seeing the island which I highly recommend. We would stay here again"

"The hotel felt very personal and almost like I was in a paradise. The staff was always friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed they were always able to accommodate.
What I really enjoyed was the thermal pools, it made the entire hotel feel more in nature, additionally they were never stingy with their towels unlike some hotels that put a limit on you.
Overall great location and amazing experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a paradise getaway.
Looking forward to coming back...

"L’hôtel est incroyable. Toute les chambres ont vue sur la ville et l’océan.
Le spa était tellement agréable. Piscine et bains à remous chauffés. Spa sec et spa humide, douche froide et piscine extérieur. Tout y était pour la détente.
Le restaurant était très bien. Nous avons bien mangé et surtout le service était impeccable. Le buffet déjeuner inclus était très bien aussi. Assez de choix variés, céréales, bol yogourt a garnir, fruits frais, viande froide, fromages, œuf et omelette, bacon,...

"This hotel is fantastic, but I would suggest having a rental car if you stay here. It's ideal for getting to a lot of places on the island but staying very convenient to Ponta Delgada and the many restaurants there in the evening. We went out on excursions every day, and many tour operators picked us up directly at the hotel.
We were on the island for eight days, so it was wonderful to have a big enough space to fit my family of five. They brought breakfast every day with fresh fruit and local...
