"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. "The room decor is old and needs updating, the furniture was hard and uncomfortable. The swimming pool photos looked luxurious but reality more like public swimming pool, the indoor hot tub was lukewarm. At check out (10am) there was a long queue and only 1 employee on duty, we waited 25 mins only to hand the keys and bath cards over (had asked if we needed to queue and was told yes, but in fact not really necessary). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t book breakfast because it was too expensive (€88 for our family per day)."
