"Room was outdated, needs a deep clean. Someone had smoked in the room, could hear everything going on outside. Staff was rude and English not their language. "

Our sheets were dirty when we arrived and when I shared this with the front desk she was alone and had to give us a completely different room (a much better room although same amenities). Also, the staff on when we checked out was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I was so annoyed that I forgot to get her name."
