"The bedding and bathrooms were clean. The carpet and flooring was disgustingly filthy. I walked across the carpet after drying off from a shower. I went to put my socks on and noticed my feet were already black. I had to get a washcloth to clean my feet again before putting on socks and shoes. It turned the washcloth black. The carpet and floors were actually sticky to walk across.
Bar and restaurant service was slow."

"Entering into the forth night, there was an invader ( a lizard) crawling by the balcony window. My wife screamed. I contacted the hotel staffs regarding the invader. "I decided this is the last time I’m going to stay at this property. As silly as it sounds every time I come to check into these rooms they are freezing. I know it’s South Florida but the room is just way too cold set at 60°. The room that we had this time had a very old and didn’t bathroom and the hot water took roughly 10 minutes to become hot. The property is tired and needs some work."
