"Rooms and bathroom too small"

"The hotel felt dated and could use some updating throughout. Our biggest disappointment, though, was the front desk staff. We arrived late at night hoping for some guidance on getting food, and they were dismissive and unhelpful. This isn't something I say lightly. We travel extensively, all over the world and across every price range, and it's rare for us to encounter this level of indifference from hotel staff.
