"Check in was quick and easy! Got upgraded to balance room and bottle of complimentary wine. They didn’t clean our room the first night and the second night clean it but only left one bath towel and no face towels. The phone in our room never worked to call the front desk. I had to message them through the app. Overall we had a great experience and will most likely return."

"Check in was easy because of the great communication. Took us a bit to find the place, but it wasnt a big deal. The area is beautiful and lively so we enjoyed the hunt ;) Levi greeted us and helped is with luggage. Very nice and welcoming. The room was perfect for the 4 of us. Very comfortable and location was perfect. We had a balcony with a view of Espanola way. The only thing is there were no elevators in our building, that was my fault for not checking.
