"Found out they offer shuttle to Miami port for VERY decent price per person. Schedule in advance to lock in time. Airport shuttles on the hour..and they mean on the hour.. Comfortable beds and linens Nice smaller, old school building with updated interior, restaurant/bar next door, other food in walking distance Will use again"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus North Miami/Bal Harbour. The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely stellar — professional, kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Excellent customer service really makes a difference, and he made me feel valued as a guest. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel was a last minute booking, the room was very small, tub very narrow, and there was no place to really store your things. No counter space or dressers to place things in or on. No room to hang clothes either, there was 3 hangers in the closet, which was occupied by the fridge and safe! Plus side, it’s across the street from the beach 👍…. AC was great! They have Netflix on the remote but there was no access to it! This place gets 3 stars from me!"

"Property is outdated and have a smell. Hotel is badly in need of renovations. In room 329, the bolt locks are damaged and jammed as if someone try to pry the door open. The left bed by the bathroom rocks each time you move; legs are weak."
