"I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel NH Málaga. I’ve stayed at several NH properties before, and this one did not disappoint.
The hotel is about a 15–20 minute ride from the airport. I arrived a few hours before check-in and was pleasantly surprised when they accommodated me early. The staff were friendly throughout my stay, but Patricia stood out. She provided excellent customer service, great recommendations, and made me feel welcome from day one.
My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was great, and the air conditioning exceeded expectations. With the Málaga heat, I expected a battle with the thermostat, but the room stayed cool the entire time. The bathroom and shower were also larger than expected.
The pool was smaller than I had hoped, but the pool deck and bar area were fantastic and made for a great place to relax. I had dinner at the restaurant and would give it 4/5 stars. The hotel bar earned 5/5 stars. The bartenders were attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent cocktails. The complimentary drink vouchers from the staff certainly didn’t hurt.
The gym was decent, but the biggest highlight is the location. Most of Málaga’s top sights, restaurants, and the waterfront are an easy walk away.
Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, comfortable rooms, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again."
