"Location was a stone throw from Leiden central station which convenient if you are travelling to nearby places. About a 5-10 min walk to the city center. Room was a good size and comfortable. "The rooms are located right at the walking center of Leiden in a lovely restored building on one of the loveliest canals. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Turn left out the door to the public market and the main shopping streets. Turn right to the lovely Pieterskerk (c 1221), many nice restaurants on the Cloksteg and the old academic buildings of the venerable Leiden University and it’s famous gardens."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We had the beautiful loft room overlooking the canal.it was even better than the photos. The room was spotlessly clean. Every morning we enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The staff was wonderful and we loved the quiet walks along the canals to get to the center of town (about 15 mins). We would definitely stay again."

Leider gab es aber auch einige negative Punkte. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass den ganzen Tag Lärm herrscht, insbesondere nachts. "Frühstück grandios, die Anlage ist im die Jahre gekommen, die Bar sollte Fußball übertragen, leider war sie dann aber leer und das Spiel lief nicht. Außer Essen gehen konnte man abends daher dort nichts unternehmen . Schade ."

"Het is een net en schoon hotel. De kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd, dus oordoppen zijn niet nodig. De locatie is prima, je kunt er goed parkeren en voor het hotel stap je zo op de bus richting het centrum/station, waar je ong in 7 minuten bent. Het ontbijt is goed, uitgebreid. Dat mag ook voor die prijs. Ik zou het zeker aanraden als je wilt overnachten in Leiden."

"Wij vonden het erg mooi. Mooie en heel belangrijk schone kamer. Mooie ligging. Heel vriendelijke en voorkomend personeel. Wij waren er omdat we naar soldaat van oranje gingen maar we komen zeker een keer terug!"

"Nicely designed room and bathroom and very spacious. The kitchette was lacking in amenities to be able to use it for proper meals (no toaster, limited cutlery/pans etc). Hotel is staffless and you get the key sent to your phone to enter the main entrance and room (requires internet), this was fine for us. The hotel is a great location, right in the middle of Leiden centre."
