"Hairdryer didn’t work and the hotel had no backups. Apparently a number of rooms had broken hair dryers, and they had run out of extra, which tells me they should’ve gone to the local store and purchased a few more not a big deal, but painful when you counted on it having a hairdryer. The room was super clean, the staff was pleasant and it had modern decor"

"I got a king bed with full kitchen room and was extremely satisfied. The staff was incredibly accommodating to me when I encountered a situation with another traveler in an adjacent room and went to great lengths to successfully improve my experience. I'm very grateful. Oh, and the free coffee and snacks were super appreciated! And it was the closest accommodations to Grand Teton National Park"

"The cabins were definitely private, but the fixtures could be updated for the price charged. Perhaps more than dirt or crush and run to park on. However, we do want to say that one staff member at the desk, Robin, was especially helpful. He went over and beyond when we had a request."
