"Stayed 3 days.Not once did anyone come to room a nd offer room service.Didnt bring fresh towels take trash.On 2nd day found out if you wanted room service you had to let the front desk know b4 11am.Staff was nice and polite.I 'very just never stayed anywhere where they didn't automatically offer room service.Didnt make beds,didnt do anything.I will probably stay elsewhere when I'm in town next time."

"Toilet seat covered in mold, and mold throughout the bathroom. Was told multiple times that the manager would contact us about it, and they have not. I can't get a hold of them. Super gross location, do not go here."

"Staff was rude and charged me a 50$ pet fee for support animal I've had since my discharge from the military. She is certified to notice and prevent several different health issues so I had no problem paying the pet fee. By law it was all illegal and I kept mouth shut, cause I reported their business like I am supposed to too the ADA."
