"Clean facility and comfortable rooms."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the customer service. When I arrived, the front desk staff were basically unresponsive. I waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged me, and throughout the interaction they barely looked at me or seemed interested in helping. The room appeared fairly clean, but there was a strange, unpleasant odor. Yeah, overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service completely overshadowed the stay. I would not recommend this hotel...
