"It’s located in a very charming and quiet part of the island. Just what we wanted, to be able to see all the things but yet get away from the crowds. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is 10/10! So many choices, and delicious!! The room was very comfortable. There is no elevator so know that there are stairs to the room’s and breakfast the entry is a picture of an old World story. The hotel isn’t far from the grand canal, you can’t cross or catch a vaporetto but...

"I really loved this air B&B style hotel. It is about 30 min by bus to the old town and located in a bit more residential area of the city, with the train station down the road. The owner was very friendly and cleaned the rooms everyday. I did complete the online check-in prior to arriving but I'm not sure if the program glitched because I was not sent check-in details and had to message the owner on the app. I felt bad because maybe my phone connection was not good, so it sent the message like...

"This property might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was 90° in the room for two days before they fixed the thermostat. They failed to disclose that they were doing a huge construction on the property right next-door, so we got to wake up to the sound of jackhammers all day long. Try to open a window for some air, and the whole thing fell off the hinges. The water in the shower would go very hot and very cold during your shower, just awful.
