"The hotel rooms were pretty clean but the property itself is a little dated. What was the most disappointing was the pool experience. The water was ice cold! We booked this hotel so that our family could enjoy the pool area for the day but we couldn’t even get in. We watched dozens of people take at least 5-10 mins just to get into the pool. "The room was clean and specious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I had to leave for the airport on the 4 am shuttle so they offered me a bag breakfast to take with me. The shuttle was great to and from the airport made the travel stressfree. It was easy to find at rhe airport and was dropped off right outside the proper door for departure. I will definately book again on future trips."

"The hotel was very run down, dirty and smelly. It was not at all how it is pottrayed jn the pictures. I was not expecting 5 star place but I feel pictures on the site were deceptive.
