"The Sebel Viaduct team really made my special birthday stay wonderful! They went out of their way to ensure it was a wonderful trip and that my room was perfect. We love staying at the Sebel Auckland Viaduct and will be back again definitely! The room is wonderful with a kitchenette and laundry facilities making a break cost effective and convenient. This upgrade was well worth it in terms of the views, space and break out areas. This really is a wonderfully designed facility."

"Overall, our stay was disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the online listing. While the room was reasonably clean on arrival and the staff were polite, there were several maintenance and presentation issues that affected our experience. The room had no heating despite it being winter, and the portable air-conditioning/heating unit provided was not functioning, making the room quite uncomfortable during the colder nights. The washing machine in the apartment was also not...

"All in one, great place to stay. TV is very hard to set up, maybe they can automatically connect the internet since you check in already for easy access."

"The check-in and check-out process was super easy (we were allowed to do late check-in!). The apartment was super clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays since it has a kitchen equipped with all the needed supplies. They even gave us milk for coffee/tea. The location is amazing since is it a 2min walk to the beach and close to the bus stop to travel to wineries on the island. Highly recommend!"
