"Stay was fine - bed was comfortable enough, woken up around 6am because the floor boards creaked so much when the upstairs guests were moving about. Floor boards also creaked in our room - really annoying more than anything. Breakfast was fine - continental breakfast selection was nice, ordered cooked breakfast was a bit cold, thought it would have been fresh but seemed to be taken from a cool enough hot plate."

"The hotel had lots of amenities including multiple restaurants and two pool areas. It was in a lovely location with beautiful gardens. The staff were really helpful and adjusted my check-out time slightly later which was very kind. I also liked that there was a free shuttle to and from the ferry station from the hotel. I also booked in a treatment at the spa, which I would highly recommend. The only feedback I have is that I found my room rather small, but it was still a nice room and this...
