"Lovely upscale hotel! On my way back from the Super Bowl and checked in later! Always had family just around the corner!! What a welcome surprise!! Had the whole pool/jacuzzi area to myself and the breakfast buffet with classical music was awesome!! Rooms are first class!! Will be my go to always when I’m back in town!! "Room was spotless and offered great amenities (hair dryer, coffee maker, fridge..) The hotel’s breakfast options were good also (fruit, bagels, yogurts, waffles) Location was in very close proximity to gas station & food and restaurants. Indoor pool was seemed supplied w/ extra towels. Overall had a great stay. Manager was very courteous at check out. Look forward to staying here again :) "

"Overall very pleased with the hotel. The room was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and they had a manager's reception in the evening with free drinks and snacks. The kids used and enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which seemed clean and well maintained. We ate at the restaurant one evening and ordered the pizza, and to be honest, it was pretty mediocre pizza, but I was happy not to have to drive somewhere else, do it was fine. We would definitely stay there again."

"I'm local but heard about the Onsen and had to come try it. It was a lovely experience and worth the trip and money. The staff were friendly, the rooms and building as clean and in excellent condition. It was delightful. I've been to Japan before and I definitely got an authentic Japanese experience in the onsen. I'm 5'10" and the women's onsen was two feet deep. If you're a tall and use the women's onsen, just know that your shoulders and neck may not be submerged if you sit down in the water....
