"I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t."

"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "To be fair, I had an injured leg and was staying due to my house renovation. This was extremely perfumed to the point that my clothes smelled after only a couple hours. If you don’t like strong smells…. Don’t go here. It is very dark. Little lighting , It is creepy to me. The toilet was very low and bathroom very tiny. I had to pull off my brace to stand up. I had my husband pick me up after a couple hours. I was still charged. But I needed to leave. It is very basic and you may...

"Common areas were pathetically cleaned without changing mops or water… Other than that… a mediocre place to stay but centrally well located."

"Funky place. Great area. Modern rooms. Would stay again. Parking was expensive (valet only), it would have been nice if breakfast was free, and the cleaning stuff began their day too early and were quite loud in my opinion. Again though.... I would stay here again"

"A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotless on arrival and remained well-maintained throughout. It was clear that housekeeping takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive, always on hand with a friendly word and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. "This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"We had a corner suite with a King-size bed and the room was clean and very spacious. The staff was professional and easy to work with. The Breakfast was standard hotel fare and was fresh and well-maintained by the kitchen staff."

"This hotel is clean but it is starting to show the years of use. They should think about replacing carpets. Also on our bathroom on the bottom of the door was a bandaid. We also found someone’s shirt left in the pull out couch."
