"Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel is nice overall, room was fine, ac was good, but it hotel lacks entertainment. The bar has no music, which makes the atmosphere feel quiet, and it closes quite early. The complimentary beach chairs are a nice perk, but there are no umbrellas available. Also, the staff who collect the chairs constantly monitor guests and seem eager to remove them. They even start collecting the chairs before 7:00 p.m.,...

"We love staying at Tween Waters on Captiva Island! We have stayed here several times. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the bay from our room! We met friends here and we all had fun over the 4th of July. It is so nice to enjoy the pool, the beach and restaurants at Tween Waters but what we love the most is being able to go boating while we are there. "It was the perfect location less than a 12 minute drive to the beach. Huge pool. The hot tub was out of order unfortunately but with it being so hot outside and it really needed it. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were updated clean. Highly recommend for families 10 out of 10."
