The room was very nasty (towels, sheets, floor, couch) and the air didn’t work properly (room was very muggy). "We were given a room that was not cleaned, advised staff who said they'd send someone and after 3 hours of being away, no cleaning. We were told our room was moved and someone would bring us the new room key but no one ever did. So we went to the desk to complain and the clerk was apologetic and kind. The supervisor tried to refund resort fees but needed someone else to assist with that. "
