"Staff was great my room was ready when i got there was told when breakfast was ready and when was check out time , i slept amazing and comfortable 10/10 would come back"

"The hotel environment was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Transportation to the hotel and back to the airport was efficient. I had a lovely evening at the bar and breakfast was delicious."

"The staff was 100 percent"

"We stayed for a 3 day weekend stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. They were having an issue with their elevator so we stayed on the 1st floor. Our room was down at the end of the hall near an exit door that other guests used at all hours of the night, which was not great. We would stay here again but want to be not on the first floor and in the middle of the hallway."

"The beds were terrible. I can put up with a lot, however, the beds were so bad I slept on the floor on the sofa cushions. I slept about an hour. Both beds were so bad even my 13 year old grandson couldn’t sleep and 13 yr old kids can pretty much sleep anywhere. I will never stay at another Springhill Suites again."

"Enjoyed our stay! Will be back when staying in Houston"
