"Started off with only two towels, which were dirty. Had no shampoo or body wash and had to ask 3 times for staff to bring us some. My room card stopped working and had to go up and down the stairs for the front desk to fix 4 times! The shower is like showering under a fire hose. The smell from the sink smell like sewage. They serve breakfast but cold potatoes, mini sausages, cold cereal and yogurt is a small area so people had to shuffle around to get any. Terrible place. Will not stay here...
