"Someone Checking in after us was given a key to our room and tried to enter after we had gone to bed. Thankfully we had placed the night lock in place and they could not get in. How this could happen was not explained. Upon checkout the front desk was unaware of this issue. "

"The hotel was clean and seemed to be new. I am very picky about mattresses. These beds were comfortable. Not too soft or too firm. Berry relaxing. "

"It was under construction which made getting around challenging. The food options were not great and the water park was chaotic and messy. "

"The lady at the front desk was very pleasant when we arrived. We arrived for breakfast the next morning toward the end so the eggs were pretty dried out but the sausage and everything else was good. There were plenty of other options so we didn't feel the need to complain. Overall experience was very good and we would recommend it to anyone and would certainly stay again if ever the need arose."

"Heat was good, parking was good, had to call a number and wait 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in, the TV didn't work "

"Hotel was not really worth the money and definitely not the extra fee they charge for the “resort” type fee…. Room was very hot, pool/jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast wasn’t great either! Definitely not recommended!"
