Presidential Suites Lifestyle Cabarete - Room Only
8/10 Good
"Resort needs some repairs to be 4*+ Good reception especially with Juan. Also toilets need to be more functional allowing use of toilet paper to be flushed putting it in waste basket isn’t sanitary. Mattress on pull out couch needs to be changed, also linen for the couch should be available in room. Shower isn’t functional to high and therefor sprays out of shower area. Chairs on balcony could be more comfortable."
"Pool is a great visual when you walk out. I didn’t use it but would be great for kids as alternative to beach if you where hanging out at the hotel. Was clean every day"
Casa Marina Sosua, Trademark by Wyndham All Inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"The staff wast too friendly! No hot water at the sink . When I called to fix the issue , they told me to be patient and never came and fixed the issue for the duration of my stay. Not a great place to stay for me at all ! "
"The staff was nice however they could only do what’s in there control. I order two glamping bubbles and it rained that night not good at all. I was switched from the first bubble because the WiFi was not working and there was water entering through the air fan on top of the bubble and then in the room i was transferred two the leak was worst there was an open whole slit in the clear plastic part in which the water gushed in right near the electrical panel lucky I seen the water and covered the whole with the towel before any one of us got electrocute I did tell the staff however nothing was done. Also half of the menu at the María restaurant was not available if you ask for a natural juice or shake they were unable to make it because the hadn’t had fruits in the bar for two months and the only fruits they had was for the restaurant section and they can’t share. "
"Great, relaxed hotel on the edge of Sosúa. Peaceful atmosphere, deep pool, generous continental breakfast, and very kind staff. Michael, the owner, was very helpful with our late arrival and late checkout.
Playa Alicia and Playa Sosúa are about a 15–20 minute walk away, and there’s also a tiny beach just 2 minutes from the hotel (watch the waves!).
Would happily stay again."
