Lovely meal and breakfast. Room was clean and pleasant. The outside was in need of a refresh and the building itself is of 70s design. The interior is modern and is accompanied by friendly staff.

Corus St James Hotel Grimsby
A very good breakfast. We also enjoyed the two mini meals for £22 offer, these are the same meals as the main menu but smaller portions. We had the sausage, mash and gravy, very tastey. The staff were friendly and helpful.

AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Clean room, clean kitchen. Some issues with heating and hot water, but the landlord was on it quickly, good place to stay for work.
