"Room tub and sink has plumbing issues. I was stand in a foot and half a water while showering. I was traveling for work. I was there 4 days. The phone in room didnt work, no room service or clean towels till i had to use my phone and call a 800 number front desk never answered after many attempts. I finally called customer relation and reported the issues. The Manager Chris was to call me but it took 2 weeks of me calling him. Finally I talked to him and he Manager was very rude and nasty basically hung up on me. I called customer relations again they offer 5000 points. I got tried of going back and forth they didnt want to refund my money...I will never ever never stay at this hotel while working in the Columbus Ohio Area..."

"We checked in super late (3am). Didn’t really look at the room due to getting children settled and back to sleep. This morning, when getting the shower ready for everyone, I noticed something pretty gross on the wall. So cleanliness I’m marking super low due to this. It’s a pretty big spot that looks like dried feces. I did take a picture of it. Usually don’t have issues staying at Holiday Inn. But this definitely concerned us. "
