"The toilet wouldn’t flush properly even after maintenance came to “fix” it. The desk person wouldn’t switch me to another room. It was frustrating."

"Our room was clean and the staff was polite. The lobby and breakfast areas needed a little attention. Breakfast choices were very limited compared to the other 5 hotels where we stayed on this trip. Overall it was not bad, Small improvements could be made."

"Front desk staff greeted me with a smile. The motel and room has a stale odor. The carpet was soiled and worn. The bathroom was tub area and shower curtain was soiled. I requested staff clean the tub and replace shower curtain. Jess with housekeeping was friendly and accommodating. The Internet nor phone was in operation on the room. "The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable andwe liked the separate living area. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had, and fixing our TV when we couldn't figure it out. Plenty of parking, but there were huge potholes around the back parking."

"This hotel may have been a little dated but all other things were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. All rooms had king beds even 2 king beds in our room. The mattresses and pillows were so comfy. The price was so reasonable. When we travel to the Columbus in the future we will stay here again."

The toilet moved when you sat on it and the tub didn’t drain properly. the air vent in the bathroom was super dusty one of the sheets had a stain on it but that was changed out very swiftly."
