"The suite was perfect for our stay, clean and roomy, with lots of cupboard/closet space to put our things. The bedroom AC was noisy, staff was alerted and it was checked out by maintenance, we were assured that the noise would stop once it was run for while. It didn’t stop but we would cool the room down before we went to sleep turn it off and set the living room AC at a lower temp. We always travel with a small fan and that helped move the cool air around making sleeping very comfortable.
I would like to point out that the microwave which is above the cook top is extremely dangerous. I am an average height woman 5’3” tall and the microwave was above my head and just within reach of taking my warmed up coffee out of the microwave. It is a safety hazard and should be avoided if you are less than 6 ft tall. It is beyond me how that could possibly pass an inspection of a building code.
The bed was comfy and the option of pillows was greatly appreciated.
The breakfast was similar to most free breakfasts offered by other hotels. The coffee was a bit too weak as far as I was concerned.
Love the location and the area. Drive down Emerald Way to the Italian Centre for a wonderful cup of coffee and great food offerings.
We will stay here again the next time we visit family in Edmonton!"
