"This was an older property. The icemaker was not working for the entire stay and no solution was offered by the staff, the hot tub was not working and by the cleanliness it was not working for a significant time, and the laundry facilities were not working. The pool was quite cold for an indoor pool. The breakfast that was available was not to the standards of other Quality Inn\Choice hotels that we have stayed in. "The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests."
