"Good location. Rooms were very nice"

"The hotel was dirty; some elevator tiles were broken and sliding around, and the lobby was falling apart. A horrible first impression. The ceiling in our room was peeling and had water stains; the light fixtures on the wall were just hanging there. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. The only bright spot was that the workers were nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the attendants were nice. It was disappointing that I had to ask for towels and toilet paper....

"The roach infestation is not unique. What's unique is how the staff uses policy and the local law. Enforcement to rob you."

"The room was much larger than I expected and the bathroom was probably the largest hotel bathroom I've ever been in. My only complaint was there were no cups in the room either with the coffee maker or in the bathroom, but we also grabbed a bottled water from the car and used that instead. (And we didn't ask the front desk for it)"
