"The check-in process was very easy and went very smoothly. All the employees at the front desk were very friendly, decent, caring, and helpful. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, and very nice. The room had all the amenities that one could ask for. The housekeeping ladies were excellent and the continental breakfast was the very best I’ve ever had. Please thank all of these great employees for their efforts. "

"There was only one working elevator and that one didn’t work well at all. We were locked out of our rooms after the first night even though we had booked two nights. The first night the lights blew out in the room. Apparently the refrigerator was plugged into the wrong outlet. You have to pay $10 per night to park. This is not disclosed until you arrive. If you don’t pay your car will be towed "
